Handball Australia
(HA) is proud to announce that it has entered into a new sponsorship
agreement. Joma, a leading sportswear specialist is partnering HA.
Joma has committed to provide playing uniforms to all the Australian
national handball teams.
Joma started off
in a humble way, out of its founder’s passion for creating a product to
suit athletes’ aspirations and commitment to excel in their chosen
sport. This passion has continually driven Joma to improve and widen
its presence and contributions to the sports world.
As Joma has made
its mark in a number of sports, it is looking upon its partnership with
HA to expand to handball. HA welcomes aligning with Joma whose
corporate and social values reflect the national teams’ passion and
their much-admired Aussie fighting spirit showcased in their
participation in significant handball events.
HA President Paul
Smith stated: “Joma’s sponsorship will provide great assistance to our
national indoor handball teams and has eventuated in an opportune time.
This year the men’s team will be competing in the Oceania Region World
Championship Qualifying Tournament and the girls and boys youth teams
will tour Spain and Italy. “
HA is optimistic
that with this injection of assistance, the national indoor handball
teams are set to soar as does Joma’s eagle. |
